John J. Bartos is a member of the Northampton County and Pennsylvania Bars and has practiced in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania since 1974. He is a graduate of Mt. Saint Mary's College (B.S. 1971) and Duquesne University School of Law (J.D. 1974). He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Wealth Counsel and the Advanced Planning Legal Network - a network of attorneys and financial planners who focus on multi-generational estate planning, wealth preservation, asset protection and complex strategies to legally reduce the size of one's taxable estate.
Mr. Bartos has served on the Board of Directors of several start-up companies and has acted as advisor to the Boards of Director of growth stage companies.
Mr. Bartos has produced a brochure entitled "The Consumer's Guide to Medicaid Planning and Division of Assets."
